I bring 15 years in HR through progressively senior roles into leadership across tech and startups, supported by a BA in Sociology of Work with a specialization in Management and Personnel Planning, a Postgraduate Program in Adult Mental Health, and I am also a certified trainer.
Through Workplace Wellbeing Lab, I work with individuals and HR professionals through career transitions and clarity work (Career Journey and Career Support), HR advisory for People professionals and leaders (HR Reset), and I am expanding into ongoing People and Culture thought partnership with organizations. I offer HR advisory with organizational clarity and non clinical scope, helping HR and leaders navigate communication, complexity, boundaries and high-pressure environments.
